I have previous experience in staffing, and one thing that I mentioned, and I still stand by it almost a year later—I've been here for ten months—is that the level of organization is really aligned with the vision that you have, like, the team has established. I worked with a staffing start up for two years, and aligning vision with action is so hard in practice. But what I've seen with Kajae, I really commend the whole team. It's the hardest thing, and you guys are so well prepared for a start up, and not even for a start up, for a general business.
